Privacy policy

When you subscribe, download a free resource, submit a form, join a community, or buy something, we may collect: your name, email address, phone number, city and timezone, payment details (processed by our payment providers, never stored by us), your answers to application or checkout questions, and your correspondence with us. The website also collects standard analytics data (pages visited, device type, general location) through cookies.

To deliver what you asked for (a download, a program, a membership), to schedule and run sessions, to send you emails you've opted into, to improve the website and offers, and to meet legal obligations such as tax record-keeping.

Some of what you choose to share with us — for example, about your relationship with alcohol — may be sensitive information. We only collect it with your consent, use it solely to deliver and personalise your experience, and never use it for advertising or share it beyond the services needed to deliver what you signed up for. Anything shared inside our communities or programs is treated as confidential in line with our community terms.

We use trusted service providers to run High Net Woman: Squarespace (website and checkout), Stripe and Squarespace Payments (payments), Skool (communities and memberships), Mailchimp (email), ManyChat (Instagram message automation), and Zoom (live sessions). Each processes your information under its own privacy policy, and some are located overseas (primarily the United States). We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

You'll only receive marketing emails if you've opted in, and every email includes an unsubscribe link that works immediately.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires (for example, transaction records for tax purposes).

You can ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing rennie@rennieholland.com. If you have a privacy concern, contact us first and we'll do our best to fix it; if you're not satisfied, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
